The Tyrone camel puppet is absolutely wonderful. During lockdown we decided to invest in a camel and One Way UK were able to squeeze in another order so that we could have him in time to record our Christmas song and sketches. Having been forced to record all performances we had the added bonus of recording Tyrone four times (for the four wise men of course!) So each had a camel ,what a bargain! Tyrone (re-christened Claude) has such an expressive face and in Swindon he speaks with a French accent. We think he may have been in the French Foreign Legion and comes from the Far East ,of France (Strasbourg). He has a bad habit of spitting but not on camera. As you can tell we have had enormous fun with our camel puppet and he has even appeared live at our Breakfast Church this spring (Camels aren't just for Christmas!)

With already owning Kara and Kirk, I didn't think there was a need for a third, but my thoughts changed when I discovered the parody song We Three Camels'. I can't actually claim to have discovered the song, as it was suggested to me by a local church who had asked us to assist them with a Family Christmas Event. As soon as I listened to the song I knew that we just had to perform it at the event, and that it would be loved by everyone there. There was just one problem, we only had two camels, and Christmas was fast approaching, so after an urgent phone call with David at One Way UK, my order of Tyrone was complete and after a few weeks wait for him to be created we had our Three Camels' in time for the Family Event. The performance of the song was such a success that we decided to repeat the song at our Crib Service' a week or so later, where it was enjoyed just as much. Each of the camel puppets are unique, with different characters and personalities, I'm not sure that I could choose a favourite from them, they are all fantastic! So if you're looking for a camel, be that 1 2 or three I'd thoroughly recommend Tyrone, Kara or Kirk you won't be disappointed with any of them.
