I've owned a Blue Monster Puppet for quite a number of years and he's appeared for a few different activities as part of our Children's and Young People's work, but I thought that he could use some friends so I acquired the Purple Monster (as well as the Green and Orange), who we've named ‘Izzy' (as our Blue monster was called Fuzzy'. We think that these puppets are great' value for money, they are also really easy to operate and slightly lighter than some of the other large' puppets making them perfect for younger or less experienced puppeteers. We've trimmed back some of the fur from around her mouth, just so she's a bit more reactive when she talks enabling the audience to see the ‘red' inside his mouth, but she is fine as she comes! With the single ‘arm rod' provided you can control one of the arms of your monster really bringing them to life. We love our ‘purple’ monster and we think you would too!
