The aim of this course is that the children attending will have lots of fun whilst learning some important life skills that will help to grow not only their self-esteem and confidence, but will also allow them to discover their strengths and their uniqueness and will encourage them to feel comfortable with who they are!

This course is suitable for any children in school years 4-6 (age 8-11) and does not require any specialist training to lead this course. Very strong links with PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) and SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning) within schools.
