Using this teaching set which includes a large 2D Candy Cane Puppet, mini Candy Cane sweets to give out (choose quantity below), handouts to take home and a full script you can share the Christian message of all the symbols and meanings that can be drawn out from such a simple object in your Sunday School groups, school assemblies, All-Age services or Christmas events!
Candy Cane Puppet measures approx. 84cm tall with a foam base and fleece fabric finish. with a working mouth and red/white stripy tongue. Features our signature ball grip in the mouth.
Mini Candy Cane sweets are approx. 5cm tall, individually wrapped and are available in quantities of 24, 48, 72 or 144. Also included are pre-cut handout sheets for each sweet with a summary of the message. Need to top up your supplies? Additional sweets are also available separately, see related products below.
You can perform the script included using your Candy Cane puppet behind a theatre interacting with another puppet or with a storyteller up front. Alternatively, you can use the Candy Cane with the whispering technique in front of your audience. Also included is a summary of the message for a quicker presentation if needed. This Candy Cane Puppet is a flat shape so has a red and white striped fleece front with a plain fleece back, made with a single pieces of flat thick foam The Christmas Cracker puppets are a full 3D shape. He features 3D Printed sweets which can be removed at the start of your performance and added to help 'build up the story' starting with a plain Christingle (the red band is fixed in place). Both candle options (fabric or LED) feature a thread at the base to be attached as part of your presentation. The LED candle is just over 16cm tall and includes two AA batteries. It's turned on by simply twisting the candle stem. This is a brilliant option for those who may be using the puppet with children/adults who will be making their own christingles as your puppet version can be 'lit' too! Includes a long black sleeve to mask the puppeteer's arm and two versions of aĀ performance script, 1) For two people (puppeteer behind stage and person up-front) 2) For one person (using the whisper in your ear technique).

With your nativity cutter set, you will also receive an easy to follow, suitable for all the family to help with, recipe card for baking your own delicious gingerbread (trust me, we have tried them!). This recipe does not require any ingredients to be melted together in a hot pan so they can be fully made by children with a bit of adult supervision, up to the point of going into the oven. This makes it perfect for toddler groups as a Christmas activity! You can also use them as playdough/saltdough cutters and stamps too. Why not share about the very first Christmas as you cut out the shapes, decorate them with icing and bring the finished nativity scene together? Printed on our set of 3D printers in biodegradeable PLA. Wash before first use. Not dishwasher safe, brush out any remaining dough and clean with warm water. Due to the nature of 3D printing, not all surfaces will be perfectly smooth and slight imperfections can occur. Each finished piece is quality checked before being packed. Colour of cutters may vary from image shown.
Please note, no ingredients are included (!). Recipe ingredients are plain flour, soft brown sugar, golden syrup, butter, ground ginger and bicarbonate of soda, plus your choice of decorations.
