If you are not local to Rugby, you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodation for the Friday 29th October night. To assist you we have listed below a range of accommodation options that are good value and close to the venue.
What about food?
If you wish to have a hot meal, there will be full meals (more details on our Food and Drink Page) served at Rugby College on Friday lunchtime and Friday evening and Saturday lunchtime. You could also head to the Junction One Retail Park, which is a five minute walk from the venue. Here you will find; Frankie & Benny’s, Pizza Hut, Harvester, KFC and McDonald’s as well as a large Tesco Store with café.

Are you part of a team or a larger group of delegates looking for somewhere to sleep on the Friday night? This could be the perfect solution!
For many years we have had church accommodation available to help reduce the cost of attending our Festival.
You will need to bring something to sleep on (airbed, sleeping mat etc.) and all required bedding. Rooms will be split into male and female (there may be some family rooms also available). Please ensure that all Safeguarding requirements are met, this is the responsibility of the person making the booking.
Breakfast is also included in the price and will include cereal and toast with hot/cold drinks also available.
There is only a limited number of places available.
All this for only £5 per person (payable in cash, direct to the church on the Friday night)
