*Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Next Day Delivery to customers in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Inverness, Aberdeen, the Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands, British Isles and BFPO addresses. If an item is out of stock or Next Day Delivery is not possible, a member of our sales team will call you as soon as possible.

We are also able to offer the following UK special delivery services:
- Royal Mail Next Day (guaranteed by 9am or 1pm)
- DHL Next Day (guaranteed by 9am, 10:30am or 12 noon)
- Special deliveries can also be made for Saturdays but there is an additional cost for this service

Returns Policy

We really hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it isn't quite what you expected or you have changed your mind, don’t worry, just send it back to us within 30 days and providing it is in it's original, unused condition, with original paperwork included, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

We recommend you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in the post while being returned to us. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible but please allow 5 days for the refund to arrive in your account. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please contact our sales team on 01472 362810 (or 0044 1472 362810 if calling from outside the UK)

All items are checked carefully before shipping so we really hope that your order arrives in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event of any products being faulty, we will cover the cost of your return postage (must be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) and either refund or exchange the products for you within 30 days of you receiving the item. If you’re returning an item from overseas because it’s faulty, please contact us on 0044 1472 362810 first before sending the item.

If you are returning products that are not faulty and simply unwanted, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. Once processed the cost of products (not including original postage paid) will be refunded.

To return any unwanted items to us, the item must be unused (CDs must be in original wrap and pre-recorded scripts unopened) and packed as it was originally sent to you to make sure it is not damaged in transit. Providing you have proof of purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days.
